While MONEY might not be the primary motivator for your career and in your life right now, it's a key tool to help you reach your financial dreams. In this exercise, you'll be guided through Qnity's award-winning simple, visual and actionable learning methodology to help you ignite your creativity and get specific on your dreams using Qnity's QLife Map™ tool. Using Qnity's grid-based learning system and the 5 AL's™ structure; you'll gain clarity, dream big and create meaningful connections of how money can support you in living your most prosperous life and career. Turn your dreams into goals, and your goals into ACTION.
WHAT ARE THE 5 AL's™?
Each of us has different values in life, but we ALL want greater prosperity. Qnity defines this as making great money, doing what we love, and having a life. At Qnity we believe each of us has 5 KEY areas in life that are all important in helping us have a greater level of financial and overall prosperity. We call these the 5 AL's™.
CREATE YOUR QLIFE MAP™
STEP 1: GO VISUAL
Use QPics™ to define your visual dreams within each of the 5 key AL’s
TIP: The QPics are adhesive images, and they are designed to ignite your creativity. Place 3+ images in the blank grids.
STEP 2: USE TEXT
Get specific on your dreams with Qnity's simple 3-part goal-setting methodology. For each of the 5 AL’s, use a pencil to create the following:
GOAL - Create a goal with a general statement of intent
OBJECTIVE - Make it specific with a date & a measurement
ACTION STEPS - Take ACTION with 3 specific steps

Place your QLife Map™ somewhere you can always see it, and take action daily to move towards your dreams!
